Had to replace water heater pressure tank and cold water inlet valve. The tank had a pin hole leak and flooded part of my basement so I had to turn the water off to the house since I couldn’t turn the water inlet valve to the water heater. Even with the water turned off, the tank kept leaking. Your technician, Mike, did a great job… 5 stars… the repair; explaining what happened and why/speed of work!! Even though it was on a weekend, it took over 18 hours to respond to my needs. This does not seem to me to be a 24 hour/7day a week service that I was expecting!! Service: Water heater repair
