Gene Thompson Was outstanding! I wouldn’t call anyone else, he knows what he is talking about and will answer any questions you may have! he came late at night to fix my air so my babies wouldn’t go without!
Absolutely amazing group of people and their customer service is outstanding! I want to especially Thank, Jeremy, Brent, Dave and J Willy!! They all answered any question I had and was on time for all appointments. The ladies in the office were also amazing with all the information they supplied and always answering questions. I cannot say enough about how kind Gene was when he came for a service call. I know nothing and would have believed whatever he told me was wrong with my unit. Instead, he took things apart and in less than 10 minutes found a burned wire that was causing the problem. He fixed my aur and wouldn't let me pay him for the call. As an older woman, living alone, this was a priceless experience, for me. There need to be so many more Genes in the world!
