I was getting my basement waterproofed and they busted a main septic line and an additional shower line. Sam ward plumbing got the call around 4pm in the afternoon but still drove an hour out to get the job done so we didn’t have to stay at a hotel. I would recommend! Great work

I would never recommend to anyone. I called he had his son doing the talking for him. Don't get me wrong that was ok. Not a problem. The kid was nice and was asking all the rite questions. He was also talking and asking his dad the questions. He told the young boy to tell me that he would come out here that day. It would be after 3. Ok that was fine. He never showed. I try calling several times from 5-8 that evening. Never answered. I left a message. Next day i called again several times. Again no answer. Left another message. Finally the young kid answered phone. Said something came up. Ok fine i get it. I understand. (Stuff happens). So i called someone else. They could'nt get here till next day. I was really needing the problem fixed asap. But when i talk to to the boy again i ask to talk with his dad. Dad got on phone and i talk to him about it. He said yes a can be out there in about a hour maybe a little bit longer. Ok fine. Finally gonna get it fixed. Well NOPE he never showed

Came a little later than what was expected. But did a great job.
