I wish I could give 6 stars! Unbelievable service, amazing communication, phenomenal workmanship! I have never had this level of professionalism from a contractor. I cannot recommend any higher. We had tremendous storm damage that required new windows, all new roofs, all new siding and they completed within 2 weeks from the go ahead to finish. Our situation was unique because we had sold the house and couldn’t close until the repairs were done and they did it! Thank you Lane, Christian, Oscar and the crew!!

I reached out to this company as I needed a new roof ( it had some damage from the storm but was also old) and my church and several people in my church had used them. They told me someone would call in a week and a half to schedule a time to come out and give me an estimate. When Phil lacy called me, he told me he planned to come out that day. He did and talked all insurance and encouraged me to make a claim and he would meet the adjuster at my house. I was out of town when the adjuster came but he said he would be there. After the adjuster came, I never heard from Phil so I reached out to him and he told me it didn’t sound like insurance would cover it, but he would get me an estimate in the next few days. A week went by and I never heard from him so I reached out again. He then gave me an estimate for the 3 broken shingles. Atlas Contracting and its owner, Eric, were recommended to us by our insurance agent after our roof was damaged in the March windstorm. We had debated on calling several different contractors to look at it, but after meeting with Eric we decided to just go with Atlas, and we were glad we did. This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Eric is super friendly and very responsive to communication. The crew was hard working and we were very pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Although our house is relatively small compared to the much larger ones we have seen posted on Atlas’ Facebook page, we felt we were given just as much attention with Eric stopping by periodically to check on the progress of the installation. There was a glitch with our insurance company regarding one section of the roof, and Eric went above and beyond to get that resolved. We highly recommend Atlas!
