Engineered Heating installed two geo thermal units in my house two years ago. The group was very organized and knowledgeable. After the installation they cleaned up both areas and answered any questions I had. We signed up for their annual checkup program and have been thrilled with their service. I understand that the unit had a defective part and that was no fault of Engineered or myself. As this unit was under warranty I felt that the manufacturer should have assumed the cost of the repair. I would like the contact information for the manufacturer please. But, knowing this is out of Engineered’s control and mine, I am very grateful for the attention and actions of your staff.
