I contacted Harrison roofing after noticing shingles in my yard. Shane did an inspection to determine the problem and found wind and hail damage. He felt a spring storm was the cause since other homes in area showed same type of damage. Initially our insurance company agreed to pay for repairs only. Shane felt that the damage was extensive and repairs would not address the problem in a satisfactory manner. I opted to stay out of the repair vs replace discussion since I honestly do not know anything about roofing. Shane politely but doggedly corresponded with our insurance adjustor outlining with numerous photos the damage and his professional assessment of proper way to handle our claim. In the end, Shane prevailed and our insurance company agreed that the roof required replacement. Shane made all of the arrangements and his crew did a great job.
