Matt was awesome! Did exactly what he said they would do in the time frame given. He replaced both interior and exterior units in record time in my opinion. Communication from the beginning was perfect. They left our house as clean as it was when they arrived even tho it was pouring rain that day. Moore HVAC came highly recommended from a family member who had a unit replaced last summer. Matt himself took my call, and knowing our A/C wasn’t functioning going into a hot weekend, got us on the schedule for first thing the following morning. Our technician, Austin, arrived promptly at the time provided, assessed the situation, informed us of our options, quoted the fix, ordered the parts, and returned to fix our issue that very same afternoon. Impeccable service, extremely professional, and clearly, very efficient. They even checked our other unit to insure its functionality as well. Will be recommending to family and friends.
