I am very excited to have found Mr. HVAC. I'm impressed on all fronts: promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness and responsiveness. It has not been easy trying to dial in a consistent Heating & Air company for my home in Lexington. They are my for sure go to moving forward. Quotes were initiated if they made recommendations. Chris took pictures of the problem areas and reported to me in a timely fashion. Information is readily at hand through their invoicing portal. Home repair and maintenance are never fun.
