Morgan worked hard to complete a myriad of projects to get my home ready to sell. He was able to recommend various projects, based on his knowledge of what prospective home buyers are looking for. He worked hard each day to complete the tasks discussed, and provided a high quality of service.

I asked Mr. Salyer for a "facelift" for my aging deck - I didn't know quite what I wanted, but when I showed him my deck, he recommended removing and replacing the landing, stairs, and several warped boards, pressure-washing the deck, and re-staining using a solid stain to cover the imperfections in the aging boards. He worked from sunup to sundown over 5 days to complete the project. He was in constant communication with me in person and via text and phone, and responded to every question I had promptly and thoroughly. When he was unable to work due to weather, he let me know ASAP and rescheduled promptly, including working several weekend days. I am very happy with the high level of quality of the carpentry and painting . My deck looks brand new!
