We just bought our home and had an issue with hvac. Called and they promptly came, inspected and gave me a solution to issues. Work performed as agreed in a very timely manner. Workers professional and took time to insure I knew what they were doing and all my questions answered. Will use again as needs arise.
The technician from Watson's was wonderful. He identified my problem, and explained why it was happening. Fortunately, there was no need for a repair. The maintenance program he described is an excellent value, and I plan to participate!
We’ve owned this house since 1995 and seen heat and air people come and go, but this was the best service we’ve ever had in Lexington, Very Professional and affordable! We had a quote from another company 2 weeks ago and their quote was almost triple the price than what I payed Watson’s Heat and air.
