All-Brite Electric Co.

I hired All Brite to do some electrical work in January, including moving a fuse panel from the exterior to the interior of my house and then reconnecting the panel. When the weather warmed up and I turned on my air conditioning, it didn't work. I called an HVAC technician, who found that the air conditioning had not been reconnected, so I had him reconnect it. At that point, I had paid two different people to do the same thing. I figured that since All-Brite had made a mistake, as long as they reimbursed me for the work they had not delivered on, it wasn't a big deal. That has not happened. Instead, I've been trying to contact All-Brite by phone and email for almost a month, including calling the owner directly. Everyone has been ignoring me. They'll probably post a response that tries to excuse their behavior, which would at least be some kind of communication. No one has even told me why they don't think they should be expected to reimburse me. I don't want to escalate to legal acti

Tried to charge me extra for their mistake. Then called me a jackass because I didn't agree to pay the overcharge. Horrible customer service experience, would never reccomend them for anything!
