Decker & Sons Heating and Air

Better pick up the phone, they won't call you back. I called Decker and Sons on a Tuesday morning and described my AC problem to the woman who answered the phone. She told me that someone would be out that afternoon. I explained that I would need to have someone at the house and scheduled for first thing Thursday morning. I missed the call at 8:55 from a technician because I was in the chair at the dentist. At 12 noon, I called them back and the same woman said that she should have Brian call me to let me know when he would be by. It's 3:00 now and I've heard nothing. Really... How difficult is a quick phone call?

After receiving some varying opinions to fix a mini-split unit, we found Decker & Sons who were able to identify and fix the problem quickly, efficiently, and affordably. I would definitely recommend.They gave an honest quote that was much lower than other companies. The work was done quickly and cleanly.
