Glanz and Buffat Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

Two days before Christmas our furnace stopped putting out heat. I called Glanz & Buffat (our regular service company) but they were swamped. As one could imagine with the frigid temps many others were in the same predicament as we were. I called other HVAC companies but it was the same- no one could come out until Tuesday the 27th. My husband was very sick with the flu and already freezing; I was very concerned with his comfort and recovery. My mom happened to have a technician’s private number - he was a Glanz & Buffat employee by the name of Kelly. It was a last ditch effort but I dialed Kelly’s number to see if he could help me. Well, Kelly not only talked me through it, told me what to do to get the heat going, but he checked back on us via text later that day and the next day.
