As a contractor and business owner I run into job situations all the time where I need an HVAC company to perform services prior to or after our portion of the job. Brandon Holder is simply the best I have ever worked with. They show up on time, do the job the right way the first time and leave nothing but happy customers by the wayside. There is simply not enough GREAT things to say about Holders Heating and Air! But I can try… First; they have an unparalleled sense of urgency. They treat each and every issue like it’s one of their own. I can’t say how much I appreciate that. Secondly; the quality of work is great! You won’t need another visit or follow up after the initial visit, but in case you did. I’m sure it’ would be no problem to send someone from Holders right back out to identify and correct the issue. That kind of professionalism is very rare today, and I can’t say thank you enough to the people there, they are super friendly, super effective, and they somehow know answers to questions I had outside of their trade!! I don’t know how I could be any more grateful for the help they have given me and the relationship that came from just asking for help… they have been nothing short of a miracle and one of the biggest blessings I’ve had in a very long time! Holders was amazing! The home warranty company gave us someone else at first and they were awful. Holders called within an hour and fit us in same day! The gentleman that came to work on our furnace was so nice and polite and fixed our furnace with ease! I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone!
