I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water to the street as I was underwater and couldn't see. He talked to me about what to feel and how to turn it off. He then asked me to email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me on what I would need to do to restore the water. He did it while he had another job. I will definitely be using this company for my future plumbing needs. There are still good people in the world!
