I called Maeser for a breaker that had tripped a couple of times. James was great. He arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He listened to the problem and offered his thoughts on the issue. He wasn't pushy to get it fixed right away. He inspected the breaker box, and all of the wiring around the pool equipment and assured me there was no danger and that everything looked good. Maeser offered a very fair price and the work was done in no time at all. I hate when companies show up and want to sell you a membership, so you're spending more money to save a little money. Just show up, do the work, offer a fair price, and that's exactly what Maeser does. They have earned my business. Thank you again James.
Mike was very pleasant to work with. He was friendly and respectful and explained everything he did step by step. The work he is did was excellent and he cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell he had been here, except that he had fixed our issue. Maeser Master Services 58 Day Heat and Air Nightmare Installation On May 17, 2023 Maeser Services in Louisville, KY came to our home to bid on installing a new heat and air system. The estimator determined that a 3-ton unit would be more than adequate for our home. During his 20-minute visit, I asked him three times was he sure a 3-ton would do the job. Each time he assured me it would be more than efficient. The bid was for an air handler with variable speed indoor heat pump and a plenum, with a one-day installation. May 22: Maeser came to install the new unit. They took all day, but they didn’t get the unit installed, so there was no air in our home. They left after 5:30 and didn’t say when they would return. May 23: I called to see what time they would be coming. The scheduler said they were to come out all day to finish the job. I waited ‘til after 10AM and called again to see where they were. Another scheduler said they weren’t coming today. I told her they had to come now to fi
