Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning

My air conditioner of 26 years started having trouble keeping up and we knew it was time to quit limping it along. Contacted Prudential on Monday morning and they put me on the schedule for replacement on Wednesday. (We had agreed on the replacement unit and cost after a prior service visit) Kerri actually called on Tuesday morning and said a crew could arrive that afternoon if we were available. The team called prior to arrival, were on time, introduced themselves, and treated our home exactly like you want any contractor to. Was genuinely impressed with the way they conducted their business. Less than 4 hours later the unit, coil, and pad were replaced, lines charged, all areas cleaned up, and tested functional. The team lead Nick even showed me various parts of the process, knowing I was interested in it (but not trying to hover). We learned we had a issue when we had to use the A/C for the first time this season. I called Prudential to schedule a service and got a call back @ 7:45 am (they open @ 8:00). Nice! The Technicians they sent we great. Ryan was fantastic about letting me know what was going on, how long the repairs would take and cost. He kept me informed and could not have been more courteous. Our family is involved in a product / service business. I appreciate and recognize good service when I see it.

Alvin, was the HVAC specialist that came to my home. Very personable made me aware of everything he was doing and service, my air conditioner and my furnace.
