We have used Prudential since we bought our home 18 years ago. Their seasonal HVAC checkups kept us comfortable with the initial unit until now. We needed our 18yo AC replaced and Prudential did a phenomenal job with the replacement process. Mini-split Repair: Prudential came recommended and didn't disappoint. They were patient with us as we evaluated many options and had multiple system assessments completed before landing on repairing our 5 year mini split rather than replacing it.
