We have called Shane several times over the past year. He shows up on schedule, and is a real professional. This last time, he tried to clear a drain, and his equipment couldn't reach the clog. He not only was able to tell us where the problem was, HE DIDN'T CHARGE US A DIME FOR HIS TIME. Shane also referred us to another company that had the correct equipment. Service: Drain cleaning
