I called Comfort Master for a second opinion, I first spoke to Brittany and she was so concerned about our situation and sent someone out to check immediately, Brian came out and was incredible, he was thorough, he explained everything he was checking and eased my mind about a possible carbon monoxide issue! I could not be happier! While they did determine I do need a new system, their approach and care was much appreciated, they definitely earned my business! I will recommend them to anyone!

Comfort Master was just out to complete my ‘spring’ maintenance. Scott “Doug” Douglas was the technician who came out. Doug was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He even checked a few things I had never noticed them to check before. Cleaned/replaced all filters and was adamant to clean up after he finished. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
