Jacob’s Ladder Roofing and Restoration

My experience with Jacob's Ladder, from the initial contact to the roof inspection to the installation, was been superb. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would. Two of my neighbors were so impressed with how the company respected my property during the installation, how thorough the clean up was and how great the roof looks they asked for the company's details. They said they are not in the market for new roof, but when they are, Jacob's Ladder will be on the top of their list. Service: Roof installation

Wow! I felt like I was their only customer. I knew that wasn't true because nearly half of our neighborhood received new roofs from this company! It all started with a front porch visit about my storm damage. This quickly turned into a text message and several emails highlighting the quality and commitment to excellence from their company. Each time they were scheduled to arrive at my house, they woudl send a text with their location and ETA. Adam, Brittany, Hugh, and Kaine were awesome to work with and I need to mention Melinda...she gave me updates throughout the whole project. They were extremely professional and a joy to work with.
