Sarah was out to inspect the damage within 2 hours of my initial call to Roto Rooter, and then she had her mitigation team out a few hours after that. They even managed to get our pipe replaced the same day! Tyler was very professional in his dealings. The first time he came, he replaced a toilet that had been in the house since 1960. He made sure I understood what the costs were to repair it vs. a replacement. He gave a very detailed explanation of what he was doing. This last time he worked on the kitchen sink which was stopped up and the disposal was leaking. Once again he explained the options. We had issues with our septic system and Tyler came for 2 days for 13 hours straight and resolved the problem. He was professional and thorough every step of the way. The second day another tech Brian, also came and continued with the same work ethic and professionalism until the problems were resolved and septic was fixed.
