We had a busted pipe. Leaked water all in the laundry room, under the walls and down through the basement ceiling. We purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at Lowe's 3/21. When delivery came, found valves corroded, could not turn off. Never used plumbing, here 15 yrs. Justin came and gave us info. We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. It was a very satisfying experience and we felt trust in the whole trip. Thanks for the response and customer service. I was having some issues with my garbage disposal, and they were able to get in very quick, they were extremely professional and got right to work, the two men that came were in and out and everything worked perfectly after.
