Exceptional service. Beyond ridiculously high prices. The technicians are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to resolve my system's issues. However, know what you're getting into with their high prices. For example, I have wanted a WiFi enabled thermostat. The quote I received surpassed $570 for what appears to be a ~$101 thermostat. My current thermostat is already wired with power, and a professional could install a thermostat quickly. Based on what I saw during the quotation process, it seems that each task is priced independently and you don't get any savings for bundling work together. You're essentially paying for a specific task to be completed rather than time and materials. They even have a line you sign that says you "agree that the price for this service is appropriate and reasonable." I guess they've had issues about pricing, so they added some language in there. Johnny, Link, and Justin were the installers that did the entire change out of my old unit. They were extremely professional and took great care to make sure my home was protected and kept clean. They made sure that I was notified of their progress, and walked me through the final result before they wrapped up for the day so I would know what additional things they had to finish upon return. Very thankful for their hard work.

Daniel Kidd was the technician who came out to my house to have it inspected. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything as we went around the house to look at all the electrical components. He thoroughly explained the pricing and scope of work to be done and was courteous and respectful towards our time and our house. I would certainly recommend him and AccuTemp to anyone in the future.
