B & D Plumbing Co

Don’t use ANYONE else!! I have used many plumbers over the years. None have ever provided the top notch service B & D plumbing did. Recently, we were in the middle of pouring a parking lot, and ran into some major issues with the entire Sewage and water system. Faye and Byron had two service technicians on site within an hour. Work began immediately. They were able to accomplish in two days, what would’ve taken others weeks. They worked nonstop, showed up early in the morning and worked till late in the afternoon. Their communication during the repairs was superb. They were able to keep the concrete job on schedule and save us an absolute plumbing nightmare, after the concrete had already been poured. The technicians, Paul and Michael were very experienced. They knew what they were doing and when they ran into an unexpected problem, they knew how to fix it. Calling B&D was easy, and they set up a diagnostic quickly. The two guys who di the diagnostic were kind and courteous. Kudos to Robbie and Archie for being on time, plus they were understanding and patient, while explaining things very well. However, on the day they were supposed to install the new heater, the plumber that came, whom I never got an invoice from and therefor dont have his name, called me late to the appointment and answered the phone with, "Are you going to open the garage or what?" I said, "Excuse me? Who is this?" because i had no idea who it was, because he decided not to introduce himself. Then when he looked at the old water heater, he said the new one was shorter, so he was going to have to break the waterproof seal on the roof for the gas exhaust flashing. I asked if he would seal it again and he said I needed to call a roofer to do that. I called his supervisor, Byron. Byron was just as rude and said there was nothing they could do. Robbie and Archie came out and installed my hot water heater today and were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and worked quickly. They took the time to explain what was going on to me. Mrs. Candy was nice to speak with when I had a question and was pleasant. The other lady I spoke with in the office was curt, however. I would definitely recommend Robbie and Archie to anyone.
