Robbie and Archie came out and installed my hot water heater today and were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and worked quickly. They took the time to explain what was going on to me. Mrs. Candy was nice to speak with when I had a question and was pleasant. The other lady I spoke with in the office was curt, however. I would definitely recommend Robbie and Archie to anyone.

Reasonable price, quality service. Had to wait three days before they could see me, but they charged me $170 (very reasonable) when another two plumbers quoted me more than $600. I would use them again.

Do not recommend. I had someone come out to look at my mother’s sink, who is currently in hospice. She was told that she needed a new faucet and was $170 for 10 minutes of diagnostics. The plumber told her and her sitter that he can either go buy and install the faucet for additional charge or he’d come back and install for free if she had someone purchase the faucet. One week later after daily phone calls and texts, still has not come back. Spoke with company today and guy claims he never said that to us but they’d be more than happy to come out for another $170 to install it. Taking advantage of a dying woman, nice.
