Louis Mechanical Contractors

Unfortunately, I never was able to get a call back from them. I and my husband called and talked to their Office Manager/Secretary THREE times over a week and a half and no one ever returned our call to schedule anything. We gave our information (names, phone, address, issue) each time. It's disappointing to have to try so hard to spend money with a company. Update- they called the day I posted this review. I’m unable to delete so I will keep it updated as things unfold.

We were impressed with the degree of professionalism we have seen with the employees at Louis Mechanical. In the last 6 months we have have used this company for two different issues.. Each and every employee that came to our home showed respect for our property, kept us informed of the progress, completed the repairs to our total satisfaction and left the work area in pristine condition. We have used several plumbers in the last 20 years and these people are head and shoulders above their competition. We were also kept informed of the schedule and were always made aware of the their arrival timing. They showed up on time for every appointment. Fantastic. Believe me we will be singing the praises of Louis Mechanical and their employees to anyone who is looking for a plumber. We are happy knowing if we have more plumbing issues - hopefully not - we at least know who to call and know that it will be done right. We are extremely happy customers !!! Don't waste your time with this company because the support staff is an embarrassment. Multiple attempts to schedule an appointment were ignored or deferred. I was finally able to schedule an appointment after my third call over a two day window, only to have it subsequently cancelled by the company. I missed a call from them the afternoon before my appointment. They did not leave a voicemail or try to reach me again. I returned the call two business hours later, but they had already cancelled my appointment because they "couldn't reach me".
