Louis Mechanical has been my plumber of choice since becoming a home owner. Being that I own an older house, LM is very conscientious of telling me about preventative maintenance and working within my budget. One of their technicians in particular, Tim, has been very helpful, and straightforward with the assessments on what can be done to fix the plumbing and time/effort that it will take.

Highly recommend this company!! I've used them several times and have always been pleased. They came out this time for a hot water heater issue, turns out it was just a small part that failed, they replaced the part and all was fixed. Service: Water heater repair

Don't waste your time with this company because the support staff is an embarrassment. Multiple attempts to schedule an appointment were ignored or deferred. I was finally able to schedule an appointment after my third call over a two day window, only to have it subsequently cancelled by the company. I missed a call from them the afternoon before my appointment. They did not leave a voicemail or try to reach me again. I returned the call two business hours later, but they had already cancelled my appointment because they "couldn't reach me".
