I started using LA Air a few years ago upon recommendation from my realtor. They gave me an accurate diagnosis on my system while my initial contractor (avoid Harkins A/C) wanted several thousand dollars for unnecessary work. LA Air got my system working temporarily before sending me a quote for final repair. I have several rental properties and LA Air has been my "go to". They are fast, fair, and willing to discuss the details of their quotes. Stop sweating, freezing, and/or cursing and call LA Air.

Poor customer service, poor communication, delays and lies. One person does communication, field work, takes calls..good luck with getting real work done.
