I would give this guy 0 stars if I could. Mr. Fix It came on March 4 to my house to repair a bathtub drain assembly issue. He was here all of 20 minutes and it was $120. Mind you he is not a plumber just a handyman but charges like a plumber. The tub was still holding water when showering so I called to see if he could come check to see if it needed adjusting. I called Mr. Fix It All when I needed some repairs done to my home prior to listing it on the market to sell. When Grant came to my home for the repairs, he was efficient, professional, and courteous. He easily could have taken advantage of my ignorance about home repairs to charge me for unnecessary work, but there were a number of times where he even recommended against having a repair done. Ironically, one of the repairs that I requested was for Grant to fix a problem that an appliance specialist had previously made with my dryer, which Grant fixed easily. I ended up calling Mr. Fix It All again a few weeks later because another maintenance man had caused problems with some of my plumbing, which created a stressful situation for my real estate agent and me (we needed those mistakes quickly repaired to meet a deadline for inspection).
