I had the outdoor compressor and evaporator coil replaced for three a/c units over the past 24 months. RAM did a very professional and thorough job replacing the units. They answered all my questions and explained everything that they were doing during the replacement process. The entire crew was friendly and very competent. I haven’t used them for routine maintenance of the units but I’m sure the maintenance crew is equally professional. I recommend them without any reservations.

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve one of the coldest days this year. I called around and could not get anyone to come out until I called RAM. They were very nice and had someone come out right away. William Nelson was our tech and he was great. He fixed our issue and got our heat up and running very quickly. He was very friendly and very professional!
