Took off work to schedule an appointment between 8-12 for my water heater. Plummer never showed and not called by company. I called at 11:30 to see what deal was and was told he was still at another job and would call me when on the way. Left to go to work and followed up again at 3:30 as had not heard anything still and they closed at 4. At this point was told he was on his way ????, thanks for the call. He showed up around 5 and did fix it but with a part that wasn't designed for that unit. Payed for repairs but when sent recipient was not itemized just a flat charge. When asked for itemized recipient was told plumber would have to give me a call, never heard from. Would not use again. Service: Water heater repair

Very well organized and called to keep me updated, Daniel showed up when’s he said he would. He also listened to my concerns and cleared the issues ( two issues) He checked the job to verify it worked after he finished. Very kind and helpful. Thank you!

I apologize for the lengthy review but I think people should be aware of the work provided by this business. We recently purchased a house and the seller had this company install a new water heater. After checking the work, we realized they had installed a 40-gal water heater and not a 50-gal as the invoice stated. When I called the business to ask questions, before I could finish my sentence, I was told "we don't work in xxx". I said I have an invoice from your company stating the work was completed by you. She said she would need to speak with the technician and call me back - I did not ever receive a call back, even after following up the next week; this did not seem like a priority. The seller was able to get in touch with the technician and he agreed to put the correct size in the house - which is ultimately, all we wanted. After the new unit was installed, we go to the house to get the gas turned on and thought it was odd the instruction manual was taped over a lower corner only
