I have purchased three units and spent thousands of dollars with this company, all on the promise from Guy Fontenot (the owner) that once completed they would come back and help regulate all the air flow, vents, etc. Now the owner won't even answer a call or text. If you want new equipment, installed on their time frame (not your time frame) and how they want with NO Communication at all with you on when someone was coming or going... and then NO Follow up Service... go for it. All I get is 'call the office for an appointment'. The first young man was very nice, but young. Had no clue what to do, cleaned one of 4 units and left. The second appointment called me at 8pm and said he was 45 min away and would put in to return the next day, no one came or contacted me. Very nice people but very poor service and no follow throught. Their service department and follow up is awful! Very Disappointed Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
I woke up yesterday morning to a slightly warm house. I turned the ac unit off and called Total Comfort at 6:30 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant person that said she would report the problem. I came home for lunch and tried the ac and no cool air. I called again and they said they were around the corner at another house. Since I have been a customer for years, I asked could they come on in as there were lots of people here re-roofing my house. I came home from work to a slightly cool house on its way to "cool". Thank you, as always, for taking great care of this single older lady.
Superb communication and knowledgeable technicians that do the right thing. I will be back!
