I had used Comfort Tech previously and called them again when my A/C stopped working. I called them at about 6:30 a.m. They scheduled me for 10:00 a.m. They arrived early, checked my unit, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. David, the technician who made the repairs, was professional, competent, and personable. After making the repairs, he used his phone to monitor the unit's operation for a time to be sure that everything was working properly. He assured me that the unit was working very well. I don't believe I could've asked for anything more.

Quick response as always. I switch to Comfort Tech a little over a year ago when the dealer we purchased the system from totally dropped the ball. Their techs are always friendly and professional. When it comes to work, the manager Josh is passionate about doing things right. He and his team go above and beyond to satisfy customers.
