Our air stopped working at one of my offices and when I called the lady said she will do her very best to get someone out by 12:00 pm and sure enoughBrian showed up and was AMAZING! He completed the job in less than 2 hours and had our office cool and A/C working great!!!! I have 5 offices locally will for sure be using them again!!! Service: A/C system maintenance

We have been on twice-yearly maintenance for 3 yrs now. They normally call ahead when maintenance is due to schedule a visit, but for some reason or another, missed us this year. Beyond that, once we called they had immediate availability and sent someone out right away. Caleb arrived on time and very efficiently went through the service and addressed all my concerns. He very professionally took his time to test and address issues and advised me patiently. 1 hour service time was acceptable. Electronic payment added convenience and was appreciated. I could easily give 5 stars had their scheduling been on the ball. Overall, they made it work, which made it an excellent experience. Keep it up, guys and gals.
