Alpha Roofing installed a new roof on my mother's home and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that was done. My mother loved it, as well as my siblings and I. Although I live out of state, I called around, settled on Alpha Roofing (an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau) and orchestrated and arranged everything with Grant to get the ball rolling. He was professional, responsive to all my questions and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process on when installation was to begin, how long it should take to finish the job and how soon after completion that the project manager would do a walk-through to make sure everything was cleaned up and done to our satisfaction. We are completely satisfied with the installation - it looks great! I most certainly will refer friends and family to give this company a call first when considering a new roof installation. I was very pleased with this company. I am a Daycare Owner. We had a leak in the roof. Alpha Roofing came out right away and assessed the damage. They fixed the issue within 2 days of my call. The customer service was impeccable. They contacted before they did the job and contacted me a few days after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I was totally satisfied.
