I called Cypress because i was told i had a small leak and to repair it would cost $500. Mr. Danny Perkins came to my home and did a full inspection on it and when he was finished he went over everything and had several detailed photos which he at no cost sent to my email. I actually got to see where the leak was and was relieved that he said that it was otherwise in great shape. I was so impressed he explained everything in a way i understood it and did so much more taking photos i asked him if he would do for $500 or match the other quote he said absolutely but he would even do better than that. His company offered their service contract and with that $500 i also got a 5YRS of service. I get a free roof inspection and during that inspection they clean out my gutters re caulk the pipes where rain could get in and blow out my gutters all included at no charge plus if i ever need a roof i get my $500 back off the price of my roof.
