Damien came to service the A/C unit in our new home today. He was polite, professional, answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. He helped me set up app so we can adjust temperature from our phones! Damien is a great representation for Butcher AC and I hope he's our rep next time too!
My AC unit went out. I gave them a call. They said someone would be to my residence in 30 mins. They definitely came and resolved my issue and got my AC unit back working. The guy was kind, friendly, and super nice. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Once again thank you so much. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
I can’t say enough about this company. In the middle of this horrible heat wave, at 9pm our AC unit stopped working. I called and within the hour I had a professional repairman working on my unit. I personally recommend purchasing their maintenance plan and would recommend Butcher AC to anyone who asks. If it weren’t for their timely response we would have spent a miserable night with no AC and who knows how long in the sweltering heat of the day in order to get our unit up and running!
