8/31/23 Ian Newton and his crew came out today and installed a new AC unit for us. I wasn't home, but someone else was here. From what I saw on the camera's, they did a fantastic job. No more worries that it will go out on me again. Everything was cleaned up, you would never have known they were there. Thank you all for the speedy service! Great job guys! 8/27/31 Called out for a Sunday and I expected a very high call out rate, but it was very reasonable! Chance was very professional. Would recommend Tim's Southern Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.
My AC stopped working late on a Saturday evening on a 100 degree day. Tim's had a technician at my house within an hour. Our technician Justin was great. He very personable and answered all my questions. He was straight to the point and quick. Our AC capicator went out. He had it replaced and the ac running cold again in no time. This was my first time using Tim's and will definitely use again. Service: HVAC system repair
Can't say enough wonderful things about Tim's Southern Air and Heating; especially the technician Justin. After google reviews and referral from a family member, we decided to give Tim's Southern Air a call. From the time we called to the time Justin left we received the best professional service. The lady we spoke with took all of our information, read it back, within minutes a text was sent with our technicians name, photo and arrival time. He was here within an hour! Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Justin replaced our fan motor and had our Ac up and running in no time.
