Cannot say enough good thing about James Baird -and Brockhaus ! Prompt . efficient, professional, reasonable and most importantly very trust worthy! I called another company first who said I had to immediately change out my system but Brochkaus was able to fix it at a very reasonable price.Highly recommend!
I called them in the morning and they were here within 3 hours. Fixed within an hour and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. The techs were super friendly and didn't try to run game or scam. My only complaint is that I can't give more than 5 stars. Service: A/C services
I was panicked as I have respiratory and mobility issues. James listened with courtesy and he assured me immediately that he would get the A/C working. He methodically went through the discovery list and in short order had the A/C fixed. He was honest with no bogus repairs, courteous and a consummate professional.
