We called and had someone at our house in an hour. Very polite and professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. We had to replace the unit as it was 10 years old. Our AC stopped working on the 4th of July. I called Ray the next day and he was able to come out within a few hours. I got a text when he was on his way which was great. When he arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the AC working again. He sent me a text receipt so I could keep it for my records. Very professional and great communication! We had Cavin’s come out to perform regular maintenance on our AC as well as once when our AC went out. They are friendly, efficient, and actually give reasonable timeframes. Nice family owned business.
