Jakes Plumbing was awesome! We were able to get our appointment for service ASAP and got a text when the tech Andrew was on his way as well. Andrew was very experienced and knowledgeable about our Tankless Water Heater. We look forward to having Jakes Plumbing take care of all our plumbing needs in the future !

Andrew and Ian came and checked my leaking toilet that would not flush correctly and kept refilling which I know from way back runs the water bill way up. They explained what the problem was and what parts were needed to repair it. They were quick to change it out and tried it several times with and without paper to make sure it was working properly. They were very nice and polite. I even got a senior discount. Second time I have used Jakes Plumbing and highly recommend them for prompt and excellent service. It started out pleasant we had a clogged line. I thought it was fixed and left for vacation. When I came back line was still clogged. When I called to inquire and have them come out I was told they do not warranty their work. If it is working when they leave that is it. So beware work is not warrantied and make sure before they leave your property you are 100% satisfied that it will be working in 4 hours or you are out of luck.
