I called Mike Sanchez for a broken ceiling fan. He came out the next morning even though it was Saturday. He had the part I needed, and fixed the problem quickly. I mentioned I had a new TV in our bedroom, but was having problems getting it set up. He checked it out and in no time had it up and running...a job that I had not mentioned until he arrived. When Mike had to make a second trip all the way back to my house on a Saturday morning, not only did he restore my lost circuit, but he replaced a 30+yo breaker, tightened all breaker wires in the panel, and he crawled under the house to staple up an electrical wire that had fallen months ago, all at no additional charge.
