We really appreciate everything that Glaze Heating & Air, LLC did to get our system up and running. We spent an entire month with no air dealing with our Home Warranty Company that was sending companies that was not showing up and just not worth the time or day. We called Home Depot and they sent out Glaze Heating and Air. Glaze was very professional, quick and right on time and most of all honest. The price was right for a new inside unit and we went for it Their work is warrantied and came with a one year free labor and 10years on parts. Ms Ursula the office coordinator was very respectful and knowledgeable that walk us through the process . Right now with this 100 degree heat we are so cold in this house that we have to use our blankets and hoodies. Thank you Glaze for getting us up and running.

Trusted this company for total system replacement and we are NOT disappointed! Came and inspected on a Friday, showed up Monday promptly at 7am and was done by 10:30am! Very courteous, respectful team that took time to explain and gave a fair price for the service. Now I see exactly why they are so highly recommended! 10/10 highly recommend especially if you are in the market for full system replacement. We will not use any other company! I got home from vacation to a VERY hot house. I got a recommendation off the Nextdoor neighborhood app and called Glaze. Ms. Ursula was very nice and she had someone out the next day.
