Because of an employee who is no longer with them I was given misinformation for months about my shower replacement date. When finally complete there were issues that they had to come back out and fix and didn't even fix the biggest thing they guaranteed would be fixed. Too bad I won't be using them for any of the other major projects on my house I need done.
By no means have any dealings with this company. Completely disturbing customer service and deplorable communication. Stephen (owner? also spoke with a Jimmy) just laughed at me and told me to call his X employee Randy to discuss the complaint of being told 6-8 weeks for shutters, possibly before hurricane season in June 2022. Still waiting (it is now Jan 2023) and no solid answer... ZERO trust in this company. At this point I just want my deposit back bc there is no way I would let them touch my house (my heart sank after reading other negative reviews). No clue how they have 4 stars.
