The company is understandably busy and it took some time to get the appointment set (I didn't have an urgent problem). The tech, Justin, was super helpful, professional and efficient. Service: A/C system repair
Just a word of caution....I got my appointment canceled by Lisa from Express Heating & Cooling because they are ill-equipped to service ac units that are above ground or elevated. My AC is located on the roof of my carport. Also, American Home Shield fumbled the ball on this one too. I specifically told the customer service rep that the AC was on the roof of the carport and they booked Express anyway. Needless to say, I have to wait ANOTHER week to get my upstairs AC serviced. Oh, and the daily temp is 100+ with a heat index average of 115+. Be sure to clarify where your outdoor unit(s) are located. In post-Katrina New Orleans a large number of ACs got elevated, unfortunately, Express Heating & Air Conditioning did not keep up with the times. SMDH! ????♀️ It's at least another week for extreme heat for me and my fur baby. Express Heating and Air please buy yourself a latter that can access the roof of carports. Jesus, this is pathetic. ????♀️
We are really pleased with the experience we had with this service. Our technician was Justin, and he was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and was able to sort our issue out very quickly. He also provided advice and suggestions for the future maintenance of our system, which we also really appreciate. Thank you, Justin!
