Trust Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Pete is the most compassionate, considerate, and professional technician that I have met. My 78 year old mother (who lives in a rural town in Louisiana) A/C stopped working properly - some days it would be 90 degrees in the house and 100 degrees outside. I reached out to American Home Shield about the issue and they had trouble finding a technician that services my mother's rural town. Luckily, American Home Shield was able to reach Trust Air. American Home Shield explained the situation to Pete and he agreed to come and service my Mother's A/C the very same day!!!!! Due to my mother being elderly and me living in a different state, Pete showed a great deal of compassion and patience and worked with me (via phone) to coordinate the entire visit/service request. The A/C is now running great and I am so grateful to Pete for the outstanding service that he provided and the compassion that he showed during a very difficult time for my mother.
