Fair and transparent pricing, quick response time. Mike the technician was courteous and very competent.
I received a flyer for service of my units for a great price so I figured I would give them a shot. I had asked around and heard good things. I called the office to set up my service and was treated very well by the office staff. They were very helpful and polite. It was Friday so they set me up with the first appointment Monday morning ( they said if it was an emergency they could have gotten out sooner) which was perfect. The technician was on time Monday morning and got to work cleaning my 3 units. He was quick and from what I could tell did good work. All in all a very good experience. My a/c's kept up all summer and didn't seem to be having any problems. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Noel Kammer
Friendly and fair! They came out on a Saturday 2 hours after I called and saved the day, on one of the hottest days of the summer. Thanks for always having great service.
