Southland went above and beyond to install additional ductwork and registers in my 1800 year old New Orleans home where all my A/C and ductwork is located in under my home. I have been a customer since 2010 when they installed a new central system and I have never been dissatisfied with the quality and professionalism of the organization. Called Southland because one of my units wasn’t cooling properly and they came out the same day to do diagnostics. Two days later they had the part in hand and came to install. System works great now. Melanie in the office is awesome and easy to deal with and both techs Jordan and Chris did a fantastic job. Very nice guys and polite. Both work very hard.
