Everything about this company was excellent. Same day service, actually within a couple of hours of my call. They sent a text with the name and picture of the plumber and an estimated time of arrival. I received a call when he was on the way. Blaze was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And The price was affordable. Blaze did an excellent job of explaining everything he did to diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend this company. We live in an older house which is prone to plumbing issues. Blaze has come out to help us on multiple occasions. Each time we were given a fair quote upfront, the problem was explained to us in detail, and the job was completed quickly and cleanly. Having had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, I can't recommend 1-Tom enough. Their customer service is top notch and, while their may be cheaper options available, I am confident the quality of their service is worth the fair price.
