We live in an older house which is prone to plumbing issues. Blaze has come out to help us on multiple occasions. Each time we were given a fair quote upfront, the problem was explained to us in detail, and the job was completed quickly and cleanly. Having had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, I can't recommend 1-Tom enough. Their customer service is top notch and, while their may be cheaper options available, I am confident the quality of their service is worth the fair price.
Called them after having a water leak for a whole week after city and another company gave me the run around. Spoke with Ms.Dana she was so nice and very informative in their process. Worked us in for a same day appointment with Blaze. He was very professional and handled our problem ,had us back up and running within 20 mins. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Excellent communication, fast and responsive, very professional service. They came out in off hours and fixed a broken water line in our yard. Blaze was the guy who did the work and was awesome.
