We only contacted this company due to the reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot say that we are satisfied with our experience. My husband called due our water heater possibly going out. The service would be on a Saturday so we were informed that it would be $58.50 just for the person to come out. The individual was here for a few minutes and informed us that the reset button on the water heater had popped out. He pushed it back in and told us the price would be $201.00. I called Ace Plumbing to verify. I spoke to Kayla, who informed me this was correct. That pushing that button was considered "relighting" the water heater and due to the weekend the worker was paid time and a half. He was literally here for a few minutes. She was adamant that $201.00 was totally justifiable for the time and "work" put in.

When Ace connected us to the city sewer line, they left an unsightly and hazardous trench down the middle of the yard. They claim they are not obliged to fill this in. However, no one else on our street has been left with a similar trench. I cannot recommend them for sewer line work.

Very responsive time. I am unsure who performed the work, as my wife was home and I was at work, but within 10 minutes of showing up they were able to fix my drainage issue. Took the time to explain to my wife certain preventative items for our septic tank as well because they noticed a potential future issue. They seemed very knowledgeable and were very professional. Whomever answers the phones is very nice and very responsive. Very good business for your plumbing needs and will key their information for future plumbing services. Service: Drain cleaning
