Deep South AC was doing a repair at a neighbor’s house & I coincidentally needed to have an HVAC company check my system. Devin was very nice, courteous, & took the time to assess my needs. I called the office to see schedule a service call since they were just across the street. I completely understood when I was told their schedule was pretty full since it was a Friday, a short week following Memorial Day, & would probably have to come back another day. Next thing I know, Devin was ringing my doorbell to say he completely checked my system & said everything was fine. He recommended a service to improve the efficiency of my system & said his office would send a quote. Super fast service, friendly, courteous, & professional. I’ll definitely hire them in the future for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend! Great job, Deep South!

DeepSouth AC did a great job repairing my gas furnace. Robert was very responsive and professional - showing up the same day I called to inquire and replacing the parts a few days later once they arrived. I appreciated the transparent, no nonsense discussion about the repair and pricing. I've had bad experiences with other HVAC businesses using visits as a sell-up opportunity to get me to buy a new unit; this wasn't the case with DeepSouth.
