We worked with Robert Wood who made this whole process painless. He helped with our insurance carrier and also educated us on which shingle manufacturer would work best on our roof. The installatioin crew was on time and very efficient on getting the work done. They also took time to clean up as they went and made sure that we did not have any material or nails on our property once completed. It was a stress free experience with awesome results. Guys did a great job. Delivered the singles when they said they would and started job when they said they would. Boss kept coming around to check on job. Hargrove Employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The 2 advance salesmen explained everything for us to expect. The day of installation the entire crew arrived at 7:am ready to get busy. A whole crew of polite and friendly people were efficient and hardworking and worked hard all day until dark. They cleaned up our yard and driveway at the end of each day. The total job took 2 full days and the Hargrove foreman was constantly checking to make sure everything was going well. All of our communications with the staff has been a happy pleasure.
